We are looking for social media experts who will partner with social analysts, account managers, and content experts who work on global accounts. They need to be social by nature, understand the platforms and able to keep up with the ever changing environment of social. The roles given below are crucial throughout all our business cycle, from the new business acquisition, managing & retaining, to the greater customer success, aligning with a client’s business challenges with industry expertise to demonstrate compelling strategies, plans, and solutions for clients, with our team.

  • Daily content management, community engagement, conversation, listening, monitoring and issue escalation
  • Social audits to identify key online influencers as it relates to client projects
  • Performance insights that will be used to hone and improve client campaigns and programs
  • Publish an editorial calendar, ensuring content and assets are being released on time
  • Support brand loyalty and encourage generation of user created content via active community participation and conversation
  • Manage online discussions by listening and responding to users (where appropriate) in a timely and authentic manner; escalate issues as needed and provide feedback on community topic threads
  • Monitor and track discussion topics for management team; prepare weekly/monthly reports to update staff/clients on predetermined metrics; proactively monitor brand and relevant themes/news stories within the blogosphere and provide suggestions for timely content, assets and conversations within brand communities
  • Work daily with account teams to ensure proper messaging is being executed online and that it is relevant to client goals
  • Use online listening, supplemental research and daily community learnings to provide insights for improving programs and enhancing program successes • Research and identify influencers and communities for influencer campaigns
  • Research and identify social media best practices and relevant brand examples within the space for proposals and online audits

Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of professional work experience (experience at interactive, advertising, public relations or marketing agency preferred).
  • Background knowledge of major and emerging social channels, and a true passion for the social media marketing space.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present ideas and information clearly; keen eye for detail also required.
  • Collaborative team player able to integrate with a diverse, talented team.
  • Looking for someone who has an interest in gaming, and experience in Discord or Twitch
  • Must have active accounts across key social media sites including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Tik Tok would be a plus
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with online tracking methodologies and measurement best practices
  • Background knowledge of major and emerging social channels, and a true passion for the social media marketing space.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Understands/ empathizes with the emotional and physical effects of feedback conversations
