Our team is growing, and we are looking for a highly motivated Senior .NET Developer who will play a critical role in the design and implementation of some of our core applications. You will develop highly scalable services to process millions of requests per day and solve complex software engineering problems by leveraging state-of-the-art technology. You will drive projects of high visibility across the organization.

What you will do

• Work as a part of a cross-functional team on high-impact projects across the company
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to understand the needs of our users and develop solutions that serve those needs
• Build robust web applications using modern libraries and tooling
• Strategic thinking and passion for business strategy and business processes
• Throughout various stages of a project, provide technical leadership and help navigate through technical issues or challenges
• Perform code and solution reviews
• Coding and development as needed
• Creation and delivery of architecture documentation for review by IT leadership
• Play a key role in developing architecture
• Enhance and optimize our products and APIs
• Hands on experience building proof of concepts and providing guidance and talks on technology

Who you are

• Experience with .NET, ASP.NET, C#
• Experience with Microsoft’s client-server technologies.
• Data First, TDD, ASP.NET Core and EF
• Languages: HTML5, CSS, C#, JavaScript, React JS, Angular, ASP.NET, MVC
• Database: MS SQL Server.
• Microsoft TFS, Visual Studio.
• SOA/REST/WebAPI Service Implementations.
• Expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
• Fluency in architecture and design across all systems
• Knowledge in at least one area of technical architecture
• Familiar with backend frameworks
• Adaptable. Goals can change fast. You anticipate and react quickly.
• Autonomous. You own what you work on. You move fast and get things done. Excellent communication. You will need communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, and both verbally and in writing
• Collaborative. You must work collaboratively in a cross-functional team and with people at all levels in an organization
• Strong record of leadership in an academic, professional, or extracurricular setting
• Healthcare/Healthtech experience preferred
