Job Responsibilities:

• As the Finance Business Partner, you will work with the business and Head of Finance to provide effective planning, analysis and advice on all financial aspects.

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrated commercial acumen in a financial setting
• Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Finance, Business or other relevant discipline
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize conflicting objectives in order to deliver key milestones
• Intellectual capability to quickly understand, apply, and embed new concepts in a complex business environment
• Demonstrated analytical, financial and/or problem-solving skills.
• Strong sense of urgency, focus on outcomes and drive for success
• Ability to positively influence stakeholders to overcome roadblocks to deliver successful outcomes.
• Own and develop relationships in the business and ability to negotiable and Influence senior leadership decisions.
• Proven success in preparing business cases and RFA’s
• Ability to work in cross functional teams and to lead them to successful business outcomes

Qualification & Experience:

• Resource management experience in a project context
• Extensive financial knowledge and experience (typically gained through CPA/CA/equivalent or 5 years+ relevant experience
