Our client has partnered with us to identify a civil site development Project Manager for their growing Raleigh, NC office. The position requires a strong understanding of civil site design with previous experience working with water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure design projects. This role requires regular interaction with our clients, excellent verbal and written communications skills are required. Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Registered NC PE License or ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity
- 6+ year’s experience in design of public and private projects
- Experience producing and managing commercial, residential or industrial design and projects
- Experience with civil engineering project management, including development/management of scopes, schedules, and budgets
- Working experience with AutoCAD, preferably Civil 3D
- Prior experience leading and developing engineers
- Understanding of project finances and budget management
