Position Summary: The B2B Product Manager is a solutions-focused eCommerce professional who will own our digital products: Shop. Phillips eCommerce site and CRM tool. This is a multi-faceted role that requires analysis abilities, broad IT system knowledge, experience in designing and implementing new solutions and reporting capacity, and strong communications skills. Success in the role requires you to be curious, eager to learn, passionate about creating a great customer experience, and comfortable navigating ambiguous situations. The B2B Product manager works closely with the business and the IT Department to ensure a solution is stable by working across multiple networks/sites to optimize revenue on the B2B websites.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define the overall product vision that incorporates feedback from internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria for the UX and engineering teams
• Manage a backlog of feature requests and set the priorities for the engineering teams
• Conduct UAT on new features (coordinating other business stakeholders as applicable)
• Define KPIs and measure the incremental performance of new features and initiatives
• Manage technical integration with 3rd party vendors related to all e-commerce systems
• ·User experience research and customer feedback monitoring
• Troubleshoot advanced technical issues within e-commerce and marketing systems
• Document new features and processes for business users

Position Requirements:

• 2-4 years experience in product or project management, business analysis, software engineering, or similar fields.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in business or computer science, or equivalent experience
• Experience in a data-driven environment, ideally in a B2B eCommerce setting
• Strong knowledge of Agile software development
• Experience leveraging tools and techniques on multi-technology applications
• Proficiency in data analytics (Google Analytics experience a plus)
• Strong grasp of business processes and systems analysis processes such as data flow diagrams
• Hands-on experience defining and documenting business needs and translating them into business requirements
• Able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, including senior-level executives of the organization
• Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail
• Strong technical writing and verbal presentation skills
• Experience coordinating and influencing cross-functional teams

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with large scale eCommerce platforms
• Experience with SalesForce suite of applications
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Jira, Confluence
• Experience with A/B testing or experiment design
• Familiarity with API or EDI solutions
