Overview:

We’re looking for a General IT Analyst to help us supercharge Moonrocks growth. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, emerging industry with opportunities to develop your skills, uncover your potential and progress your career.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with our Operations Manager to keep the ship running smoothly. Every day will be different as you work on everything from general IT queries, discussing new project ideas, designing IT solutions, and solving issues effectively.

You’ll spend time on:

  • Triaging, investigating, and fixing any IT issues across all platforms
  • Contacting clients and third parties directly if needed
  • Responding to general IT requests internally
  • Developing insurance products in our state-of-the-art no-code platform
  • Maintaining our main website on WordPress
  • Working with various third parties on exciting new features
  • Discussing ideas for how Moonrock can continue to provide the best, modern experience to its customers
  • Building web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within our insurance platform

Qualifications

Experience with HTML, CSS and Javascript development (please provide live examples in your application if you have any)

Preferred but not essential:

  • WordPress experience desired but not necessary
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel tools
