Education Criteria: M gyabin. 10th/12th Pass Out/Graduate/Pursuing
Age: 18-32 age
Bike & Driving License is compulsory
Salary Range –
15k- 25k + Incentive based on performance + PF ESIC
Salary is Variable & Based on point achievement
Average Salary –
13.5k in hand subject to min. 250 points
You can earn up to 25k by doing points more than 250 every month
Salary: It will be calculated in points on monthly basis n based on score salary n incentives will be deposited
Promotion –
3month good performance >> sr. fse
3month good performance as FSE >> GL
1year good performance >>TL >> 4.5 lpa + Incentive = 6 lpa
Job Role –
Daily 15-20 visit in outlets is essential
Explain Paytm service to outlets
Visit to new outlets & Data collection: 1 pt
Install QR code to customer outlet: 3 pt
Sell Sound machine: 3 pt
Revisit to same outlet: 0.5 pt
Interview process-
Interview by TL- 2 days field training
After selection offer letter will be sent to candidate email Id
Document uploading
Joining date will shared on mail
Training – 2 days Training by company after selection
