Customer Care Professional

Olivia Travel, headquartered in San Francisco, is the largest travel company, specializing in cruise, resort, riverboat and adventure vacations for lesbians and LGBTQ+ women worldwide. Olivia has taken over 350,000 women on over 350 vacations around the world.

Olivia is currently seeking a full-time Customer Care Professional to join our Customer Care Team. If you have a smile in your voice, have a passion for helping people and can bring a high level of customer service experience to our team, this job is for you!

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Respond to high volume of incoming phone calls and emails, while maintaining a high level of world-class customer service and professionalism to a wide range of customers

Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy

Uphold department’s high standards of customer care

Provide guests with information and assistance, resolve issues, and manage concerns while remainingfocused, working effectively, and efficiently under all circumstances

Work cheerfully in an environment that is potentially stressful

Multi-task and prioritize efficiently and gracefully

Travel and work on Olivia vacations as assigned

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3+ years of customer service/concierge/guest relations experience.

Courteous and professional phone skills with great listening skills and ability to handle high call volume.

The ability to maintain a positive attitude with co-workers and customers.

Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.

Excellent computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office, CRM systems and phone system software.

Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times, work gracefully under pressure and take a proactive approach to professional responsibilities.

Have a strong work ethic, be dependable and punctual.

Exceptional organization, time management, and prioritization skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Superior communication skills both written and verbal.

Background in managing multiple projects and high-level priorities.

Must be able to travel extensively and as assigned.

Knowledge and/or experience in the LGBTQ community a plus.
