We’re a small, fast-growing, and fun to work with team of Atlassian App Vendors.

Your role as Sales Executive will be to:

1.) Help with Customer Enquiries via E-mail and Support Tickets,

2.) Demo our products and features to new users

3.) Identify services opportunities during discovery calls with customers for cloud migrations.

Many of our Customers are new to Atlassian, and have no Solutions Partners.

Having the confidence and social skills to reach out to Solution partners and Atlassian TAMs will make finding the appropriate customer stakeholder much easier.

Ultimately, the focus of the role is helping our Solutions Partners win services contracts (setting up new jira instances, integrating them with other apps, or migrating from jira server to cloud).

Day to day, you’ll be working with our sales, events, and product teams, setting up appointments, negotiating, and getting contracts signed.

A successful candidate will be confident and persuasive managing expectations, communicating deliverables, and working internally and with Partners to make sure promises are kept.

We believe once fully on-boarded, you’ll also be able to help with events (both online and in person if you’re willing and able to travel).

We have a backlog of ideas, but nothing is set in stone (we’re agile, not waterfall) so if you enjoy working independently and having ideas of your own, you’ll be free to set a lot of your schedule (robots need not apply ????).
