Our friendly Front Desk Supervisors establish a positive work environment, provide attentive and courteous service, all while creating a memorable and personalized experience for our guests and team members.

Supervise a dedicated front desk team

Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner

Provide highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively and responding promptly to guests’ needs

Enforce policies and procedures established by the company and the property brand

Use the computer system on a daily basis to make reservations, check-in and checkout guests

Perform office tasks such as answering the phones, scanning, copying, typing and printing

Ensure safety and security of the property, staff and guests

Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation

Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-up abilities

Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Availability to work a flexible schedule between days, nights, weekends and holidays is a plus
