The Brookfield Conference Center is hiring a full time Cook! ** Starting wage for this position is $16.00 per hour but final wage will be based on experience**

How do I make an impact on my team?
Our talented and dedicated Cook will provide our guests with appetizing and delicious food.
Set up equipment and prepare food based on the business forecast and catering contracts
Prepare salads, sandwiches, cold and hot food entrees and other prepared foods according to portion and quality standards specified in recipes
Poses complete knowledge of menu and recipes, including preparation procedures, plating, garnishment, portions size and presentation and special handling instructions
Ensure attractive presentation of all food and beverage products
Assist in ordering, receiving, and storing of all food and beverage related product
Assist the Food & Beverage Manager and banquet staff with catering events
