Daily Tasks & Responsibilities
Daily customer interaction directly through face-to-face, phone, email and text communication
Work with retail public as well as Masonry contractors
Enter orders and provide material availability
Build relationships with customers
Communication with customers regarding the status of their orders
Skills Required
Customer Service skills and experience
Excellent computer skills required
Excel / Google Docs / Smartsheet experience a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication
Organizational / Multi Tasking / Detail Oriented skills
Bilingual – English / Spanish A PLUS
