An exciting, growing brand, is looking to hire a Store Manager who will be located in Roscommon, Ireland. This company has been in existence for nearly half a century, and has grown from one store to over 100!

The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the designated store/s.
Duties:
- Upskill Assistant Manager & Trainee Manager staff
- Liaise with head-office when required
- Respond directly to any customer complaints & employee relations
- Be aware of laws to ensure that the store/s operates within the guidelines
- Meet targets around food costs, labor costs, customer count, QSC Audit etc.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Supervisory experience in a retail environment
- High Customer Service ethos
- Flexible working hours required (i.e., weekends, nights etc.)
