We are located in Fresno, CA, the center of California agriculture. We are the leader in micro-irrigation products, and we are seeking an exceptional individual for our Digital Adoption Administrator position.

What will you be Doing?
You will become part of a team that is responsible for maintaining system reliability, engaging in training, and contributing to the promotion of customer facing and sales enablement tools that are key to our business success and growth. You will be an important part of ensuring that digital tools are set up for success and gain wide-spread adoption. Adoption is facilitated when tools work correctly for the intended purpose, data is accurate, problems are addressed in a timely manner, and the users feel confident with the tools. What you Need for this Position
A 4-year college degree and at least 5 years’ experience in a customer facing role and/or industry related experience and knowledge of the following:
· Customer service and / or sales experience
· Service aptitude/disposition
· Advanced computer skills
· Capable of accurate data entry and able to effectively use Microsoft Office products
· Ability to multi-task, requiring solid time management, and organizational abilities
· Strong communication and people skills
· Able to effectively contribute to a team
· Proactive problem solve.
Previous experience with CRM, Dealer E-Commerce Portals, and SAP ERP software beneficial
