Job Description:

As a Head of Cost Delivery, you’ll be forming strategic partnerships with senior executives within our franchises and functions to identify, define scope and drive the execution of cost improvement programmes and initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a named cost partner to senior executives in the franchises and functions
  • Developing an efficient stakeholder engagement model with cost colleagues and transformation counterparts
  • As a member of the Cost Management Leadership Team, contribute to the wider cost management strategy, deliverables and people agenda
  • Working in partnership with key stakeholders to drive accuracy and transparency in the performance of cost initiatives and programmes
  • Leading high-profile cost delivery projects
  • Driving the visibility of cost delivery progress at a bank-wide level and influencing executive decisions and actions to accelerate delivery plans and unblock challenges

Job Requirements:

  • Finance acumen to build, track and deliver business cases
  • Experience of leading diverse, professional and operational teams

Qualification & Experience:

  • Strong stakeholder management experience with a demonstrable ability to build relationships with executives, regulators and Group-wide stakeholders
  • Strong experience in delivering complex cost-oriented projects and programmes at a senior level
  • Strong delivery and leadership experience
