Namogoo is looking for a Part-Time Collection Specialist to be responsible for booking, billing and revenue recognition.

About You:

  • Analytical mindset.
  • English at a native level.
  • Detail oriented and organized.
  • Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Proficient in systems data.
  • Ability to learn new software programs as needed.
  • Critical and analytical thinking.

What You’ll Do:

  • Review order forms/agreements as part of our internal review process for booking, billing and revenue recognition.
  • Posting payments, reconciling payment data and responding to account inquiries.
  • Willing to work part-time, on an hourly basis.
  • Work with global clients on billing structures.
  • Maintain customer billing details in CRM.
