Key Responsibilities, Accountabilities And Deliverables Include
- Achieve sales targets according to budget.
- Build and lead a high performing Sales team using the Holden Winning sales plan and Challenger sales skills
- Develop and implement Twn sales strategy in alignment with Business Lines strategy
- Build robust pipeline of new business opportunities to achieve growth target, in all business lines – Semiconductor Electronics, Power Electronics and Thick Film by supporting the development of HET product portfolio and go-to market strategy for targeted customers.
- Manage and drive agent / distributors to achieve sales targets and grow new opportunities
- Collaborate with other functions (Innovation / Finance / Operation / Quality Assurance / Technical Solutions Management / Customer Service / NPI) to achieve a high performance matrix team
- Continuous drive for sales excellence including implementation of tools and processes, and internal programs to enhance sales management.
- Establish strong relationship and engage with customers across functions and levels
- Engage and explore customers road map, market trends and competitors activities
