We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Product Manager to join our growing Product team. Someone who is organized, creative, passionate and knows how to lead, invent and get things done by taking an idea and turning it into a reality.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure success and growth of the product by developing a product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management framework.
  • Collect and analyze requirements, write clear and detailed PRDs, UI/X flows, wireframes, define A/B tests and user stories, prioritize backlogs and handle development/engineering.
  • Be in charge of the success of the feature once it’s released to production.
  • Be responsible for the usage data and patterns, and run tests to optimize and improve performance and business results.
  • Work with all relevant cross-functional teams (R&D, Designers, BI/BA, etc) to guarantee a smooth, and efficient implementation.
  • Seek opportunities for key initiatives to improve the customer experience.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Goal-oriented, highly motivated and takes full ownership of projects.
  • Adapts well to a dynamic and rapidly changing work environment.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Great communicator who’s able to clearly convey messages in written and oral form (in English).
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional disciplines and influence effectively.
  • Problem solver – highly creative thinker that will provide insightful, innovative solutions to any problem.
  • Experience in Scrum methodologies.
