Description

The Product Knowledge Support owns the department’s knowledge handling of a specific product area. Each specializes and has in-depth knowledge of a specific platform domain, and works closely with our Product/R&D teams to successfully support our customers within the relevant area of expertise.

About The Role

  • The highest point of escalation in the support department, acting as a resource to our team and making sure team members are able to resolve our customers’ issues.
  • Collaborate with our Product/R&D teams to manage our new feature Release Process, manage our internal communications around feature releases, and ensure that the team has the right resources and knowledge to support new features.
  • Monitor and identify the support team’s knowledge gaps within their areas of expertise, and proactively act and define strategies to close such gaps and improve the team’s knowledge performance.
  • Build internal resources, documentation and deliver learnings and training to ensure the team is able to support our clients within your areas of expertise
  • Manage our Voice of the Customer Program: Own the process of collecting and analyzing customer feedback obtained through a variety of channels and interpret it into actionable insights for our Product and Support teams – identify themes, trends, and implications for the business.

Requirements

  • 2+ of relevant experience in client-facing roles or similar positions.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and synthesize information into actionable insights and learnings..
  • Strong project management skills to execute in a complex business environment.
  • Able to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and interact with/present to all levels of leadership within the company.
  • Native English
  • A self-motivated, driven, strong work ethic is a must.
  • Customer-centric attitude and passionate about working with clients.
  • Experience with looker, redash, and other data tools – Advantage
