We are looking for an order management coordinator to join our team for a temporary position (maternity leave replacement).
What your job will look like:
- Upholding customer contact service & demands full circle.
- Order processing and approvals, hardware assembly and testing, logistics support/shipments, RMAs/ upgrades)
- Overseeing & responsibility for the completion of all open tasks
- Support of internal company demands for hardware and information.
- Administrative tasks
- Owning Order processing.
- communication & support of customers
All you need is
- At least 3 years of experience from similar role
- Good Computer skills
- Knowledge with Salesforce and Net Suite – an advantage
- Extremely methodical and with excellent organizational skills
- Responsible and diligent
- Strong work ethic/ dedicated
- Good Interpersonal skills
