Client Relationship Manager
Location – Phoenix, Arizona, United States
Experience: 3+ years with Good Communication Skills.
Required Skills – CRM, Client relations management, IT, Sales Targets, Planning and strategizing and “Good Communication skills. Immediate joining is a big plus.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Engage with prospects and qualify leads.
• Source and develop new relationships.
• Generate and submit proposals based on technical requirements.
• Create and maintain a customer database.
• Help develop and maintain sales/promotional materials.
• Discover and attend sales events/networking groups.
• Develop and make presentations of company products/services to current and potential clients.
• Negotiate with clients on pricing, technical requirements and product delivery.
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships follow up on sales activity
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
Education and Experience:
• Understanding and general knowledge of the mobile app industry
• Experience selling to IT professionals
• Knowledge of principles and practices of corporate sales
• Ability to discuss technical requirements and drafting a technical scope
• Experience in making presentations in-person or via an online demo
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
