Job Description:

The Lead Customer Service Representative is responsible to ensure the timely and accurate processing of fuel invoices, accounting, revenue and receivables. They are also responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with customers, pilots, and team members within the customer service department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Where applicable, invoice airlines and other companies for fueling and other services
  • Invoicing for services rendered to customers and pilots
  • Provide concierge services to pilots and customers including making reservations as required
  • Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Maintain fuel meter log; input fuel receipts and reconcile fuels
  • Prepare monthly fuel summary report depicting inventory reconciliations & compared to counted inventory, resolve all variances
  • Keep hospitality bar stocked with snacks and beverages
  • Audit fuel tickets and invoices for completeness and accuracy; reconcile and close credit card batches
  • Update fuel prices; order fuel from suppliers
  • Partner with line service team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations
  • Proactive preparation for all incoming aircraft
  • Record customer preferences in Million Air CSI system
  • Maintain neat work area at all times to include front desk, lobby, and all FBO amenities
  • Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns

Job Requirements:

  • Zero tolerance drug free employer includes pre-employment and random screening
  • Bilingual preferred but not required (Japanese)
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Acceptable driving record

Qualification & Experience:

  • Prior FBO/Aviation experience preferred, but not required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of business experience with emphasis on accounting is desirable but not required
