As such, we are currently seeking a Project Manager who demonstrates the following skills and brings the following experience:

• 3+ years of experience with print and web project management and planning experience
• 2+ years of experience working with mid-senior level clients to understand the motivation, timeframe and acceptable level of effort for maintenance or new development tasks that they may have
• Able to create complex print and web schedules with overlapping priorities and deadlines
• Demonstrate an understanding of responsive design philosophy
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative suites
• Technically proficient with Drupal Web content management systems
• Possess experience with Web analytics systems (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Demonstrate knowledge of HTML and CSS and JavaScript
• Demonstrate an understanding of SEO
• Experience using/delivering online video
• Able to manage own workflow while coordinating with project teams and management on schedules, requirements, goals, and assignments as needed
• Able to shift priorities quickly and examine issues both strategically and tactically
• Able to multitask, perform efficiently and well under tight deadlines
• Able to carry out detailed tasks and projects with minimal direction or supervision
• Willing to take direction if and when needed, but also work independently
• Able to respond positively to customer and peer criticism and feedback
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
• Able to effectively manage relationships, both internally and externally
• Display a dependable, strong work ethic
• Able to work in a fast-paced, professional office environment

Job Snapshot: Responsible for managing print and web deliverables; taking an active role in the creation and oversight of timelines and processes; managing the workflow of a creative team, including artists, editors, developers and ad managers; and serving as a highly visible role as liaison between the client and Miles Partnership’s staff and management.

Essential Duties:

• Consults with Account Directors and Interactive Producers to create, lead and manage the development of print and web project plans and tasks, including documentation, scheduling, development, testing and quality control
• Attends daily and weekly meetings with clients and manage day-to-day deliverables in collaboration with clients
• Coordinates project deliverables and ensures that tasks are completed: schedule and facilitate project-related team meetings, communicate action steps to team, and deliver status reports as needed
• Documents and communicates – both internal and external – agreements, account details, status reports and deliverables
• Works with the Account Director to conduct project discoveries, and gather technical requirements; implements plans for new interactive campaigns
• Coordinates with third-party providers as needed to determine necessary technical specs for integration
• Manages daily/weekly meetings with the project team
• Develops and continuously improve internal procedures in order to meet account and client needs
• Manages and processes all invoices and assists with billing
• Manages all hours and submits reports as needed for internal and external documentation

• Sarasota, FL or Remote

Travel Requirements:

• Occasional intra- and/or inter-state travel required, sometimes requiring an overnight stay
