Meta is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Interview Experience Program Manager. The mission of the Interview Experience team is to efficiently scale interview processes to hire great builders at scale. The role will work cross-functionally to support the Candidate Experience and Recruiting Teams by leading projects for interviewer training scaling, candidate review/debrief scaling and interview process efficiency across specific recruiting pipelines.

Program Manager, Interview Experience Responsibilities:

  • Understand the needs of the specific recruiting pipeline in order to produce effective and relevant input and feedback into Interview Experience projects and programs.
  • Gather and prioritize stakeholders requirements for current and future projects and programs.
  • Identify input needed and work closely with the Candidate Experience and Recruiting leads to maintain full visibility of multiple projects, ensuring any feedback gaps are addressed.
  • Identify and communicate frequently all risks and changes to the program and regularly update stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships, gain consensus, resolve conflict and focus on the problem statements to be solved.
  • Provide a proactive and positive influence within the team through feedback and mentorship to peers.
  • Lead and develop innovative, scalable solutions that improve efficiency across the recruiting process as it relates to interviewer training, candidate review/debrief, scaling, and utilization.
  • Help to create and manage relevant training paths, ensuring new members are funneling through the process. Partnering with Global counterparts and cross-functional team to research and implement additional required trainings/structure as needed.
  • Act as key liaison with Global Talent Selection for regional implementation of structured interviewing — partnering with GTS and global counterparts on regional communication, training for coordinators and interviewers, as well as for deployment of frameworks (refreshed tags, question sets, candidate review/debrief criteria).
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with recruiting leadership and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Global Talent Selection, Pipeline Business Stakeholders, Global Counterparts, Facilities, Recruiting Operations teams, etc.).
  • Partner with cross-functional partners to understand hiring demands and how these impact existing interviewer capacity and plan accordingly with recruiting and business leads.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of coordination, recruiting, program management or operations experience
  • Data analysis and analytical skills
  • Communication skills and experience fostering positive, cross-functional working relationships
  • Experience influencing others across multiple teams within the organization and cross functionally
  • Experience leading multiple strategic projects/initiatives with limited oversight
  • Experience partnering across multiple teams within the organization and cross functionally
  • Experience presenting organizational and process flow content to audiences
  • Self-directed, detail-orientated problem solver
  • Highly organized with the willingness to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing work time efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree
  • Knowledge of project planning methodologies
  • Recruiting operations experience
  • Change management and influencing experience
