Job Description:

The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for placing Sales Orders, Processing invoices, and servicing customer phone calls.

Job Responsibilities:

  • This position will work with the Global buying and Fulfillment team to communicate stock levels and back orders to the customer as wells as ETA’s on any open purchase orders.

Job Requirements:

  • Problem solving and analytical skills – detail oriented!
  • Ability to interact and participate in a fast paced, high energy team-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated time management skills, organization and prioritization skills desired.

Qualification & Experience:

  • 2 years minimum in a Customer Service capacity
  • 2+ years Customer Service experience
  • Experience in MS Office, Excel, Access, Outlook
  • Experience in MS Office, Excel, Access, Outlook
  • High School Diploma or equivalent degree
