Job Description:

Responsible for customer onboarding in the Home Medical Equipment (HME), Post-Acute (PAC), Home Infusion Therapy (HIT), and Web Retail segments. Responsibilities include communication & coordination of tasks through the appropriate departments (i.e. master data, tax, licensing, pricing, contracts, etc.), as well as administering the back-end functionality set up & process flow. Additional responsibilities include report building, monthly metrics tracking, and processing and disseminating leads to appropriate business segment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in departmental assigned projects.
  • Function as back-up for national account onboarding activities
  • Build & run reporting to support position & department
  • Onboarding activities for new extended care customers.
  • Coordinate with internal work streams to meet customer onboarding requirements

  • High attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple projects at once
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate MS Office experience

Qualification & Experience:

  • AS400 & JDE experience
  • SFDC experience
  • Project Management experience preferred
  • 2+ years customer service experience
  • Prior healthcare experience is a plus
  • Experience working in a high energy / fast paced sales support environment
