Nature of Work

Serve as the department lead in the loading and releasing of procured inventory. Provides analytical support to Director and senior management towards critical business decisions. Works for the attainment of goals of the department in terms of maximizing inventory utilization and revenues, manages assigned programs, and provides leadership to department personnel, and specifically to the Associate Inventory Analysts.

Duties And Responsibilities

Produces reports for resort groups worldwide illustrating member activity.

Provides inventory statistics to various departments to assist in decision making.

Provides analytical support to Third Party programs.

Assists in the processing of stop sales requests.

Assists in the forecasting process for guaranteed space deals.

Provides customized reporting for Assistant Vice-President and Director of Inventory and Revenue Management and senior management as requested.

Provides ongoing training and guidance to Associate Analysts.

Knowledge, Abilities, And Skills

Performs and other related duties as required.

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree.

Must have at least 3 years’ experience reporting and analyzing complex data.

Must have at least 3 years’ experience using MS Excel, MS Access, for analysis and reporting.

It will be beneficial but is not required to have knowledge of Visual Basic and/or other programming experience related to analysis and reporting.

Must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills.

Must possess excellent written and verbal skills.

Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Must be able to set priorities, manage time, and meet deadlines.

Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Must possess a professional demeanor.

Physical Requirements

Standing, walking, sitting, manual dexterity (writing, typing, handling), operation of automated equipment i.e., computer.
