What are we looking for in a Team Lead?

6 months in a supervisory/shift leading position (doesn’t need to be in restaurant)

Ability to become Food Manager Certified

Can open and close the store appropriately and efficiently

Some experience in teaching and training team members

Business Acumen

Serves as kitchen lead and leads the store when other leaders are not present

Assists with the food and paper order

Understands and can assist with inventory

Knows how to handle a health inspection

Leads Mission based store events like Sprint Nights and Day of Good

Can stand for long periods of time

Can work Saturdays and Sundays

Can work holidays (not Thanksgiving or Christmas)
