Job Description:
Within the operational targets set by the Head of Sales & Handling and/or Cargo Supervisor the Office Agent performs the following duties:
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling of irregularities (MSCA, MSAW, FDCA, damages)
- Debit charges.
- Prioritization of Export Build-up and Import Breakdown.
- Documentary Acceptances.
- Hand over AWB and Docs to customer.
- Preparation NOTOC.
- Customer contact (Notify customer)
- Handling of irregularities (MSCA, MSAW, FDCA, damages)
- Shipment Data Capture.
- Preparation of Export and Import documentation (Manifest, AWBs)
- Close out flight.
Job Requirements:
- MS office.
- Constant time pressure.
- Qualification according to CHM / GOM.
- English and Local/Other required.
- High stress levels.
- CV/Resume and Cover Letter submission required.
- In accordance with rules and regulations, and given authorities.
- Computer skills as user.
- Shift work / overtime.
- Authority to sign receipts for cargo or mail in accordance with acceptance and delivery procedures.
- Company may provide relocation.
Qualification & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent desirable.
