Logan Growth Advisors is currently recruiting for a Sales Operations Analyst. You will be the ‘go-to’ contact for all Salesforce queries and act as the system’s ambassador, promoting its beneficial uses and helping to produce reports that will inform our business users. This role interacts with many internal stakeholders to ensure that their reporting requirements are gathered and met and that Salesforce users are trained. The role will also take on business partnering elements assisting the Business Development Manager in delivering key management information.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Harness Salesforce and other sales tools to remove bottlenecks and boost efficiency
  • Analyze sales data and provide important visualization and dashboards for management
  • Provide support and insight to sales and marketing
  • Lead sales data clean up and optimization to ensure a smooth sales process from beginning to end
  • Collaborate with sales management to facilitate training programs for sales tools
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and maintenance of all sales tools
  • Efficiently and quickly import and export sales data

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years experience working in Salesforce. Salesforce certification required.
  • Experience providing teams with regular and accurate management information from Salesforce
  • Confident presenter to lead Salesforce user training
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Confident in learning new systems quickly and grasping how to configure reports, workflows, and dashboards
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders and able to liaise well with others internal teams i.e., working closely with Sales and Client Services/Account Management departments
  • High standards of accuracy and precision; numerically articulate
  • Able to organize and prioritize workload under pressure and with tight deadlines

  • This is a full time, remote position
  • Compensation will depend on the candidate’s level of experience and expertise
