About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant at our newly expanded offices in Tel Aviv, you will work as part of a global operations team. You’ll support a wide range of administrative tasks, and have the opportunity to grow.
You will:
- Coordinate meetings, and calendars, maintaining schedules for management and others as needed
- Provide general administrative support
- Serve at the office reception, welcoming as well as hosting guests and visitors
- May be responsible for coordinating travel and submitting expenses
- Provide general support to employees, visitors, and suppliers
- Carry out administrative duties, and projects and support HR
- Resolve administrative issues
You have:
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Strong interpersonal approach. Positive, proactive, and customer-centric attitude
- Exceptional multitasking, with time management and prioritization skills
- Solid communication skills in Hebrew and English (written and verbal)
- Problem solver, quick thinker, resourceful and proactive in dealing with any issues and malfunctions that may arise
- Availability to work a full day
- Previous experience in a similar position in a fast-paced environment – advantage
