LEW Environmental Services is seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts with a focus on driving profitable sales. As we grow organically and through acquisitions the successful candidate will provide marketing leadership for LEW’s broader platform company, Mainline Environmental, and other associated entities.
Job Description:
Generate and implement creative strategies to increase exposure and drive business.
Consistently deliver insightful and creative content across all platforms.
Establish sales management support (product offering, positioning, and pricing), key account management support, competitive and market intelligence.
Manage the creation and delivery of email marketing, advertisements, promotional materials.
Build our online presence through regular content posts, social media platform advertising and optimized website content.
Coordinate LEW’s involvement in trade shows, conferences, related speaking engagements.
Write and edit articles for leadership team members to publish in various media outlets.
Ensure content includes all the correct regulatory information.
Learn and expand expertise in our services to deliver marketing efforts.
Required Skills/Knowledge:
Strong intellect with instinctive business, problem-solving and leadership skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent follow through, meeting all commitments. strong sense of urgency.
Ability to multi-task. Hands-on team player with the ability to successfully perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Experience with Adobe Products such as Photoshop, Google Drive, WordPress, Google Analytics, and most Social Media Platforms a plus.
Microsoft Office skills required
Background Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
Five + years’ progressive experience in marketing of services to businesses
Proven track record of increasing profitability through optimization of product offering, pricing, and customer satisfaction.
Experience in building upon and managing online presence through content posts and social media to source new clients, engage current clients and join meaningful groups
Proven experience managing trade shows, conferences and speaking engagements
