Your Role And Responsibilities

• Guide and educate users across the EMEA region on how to understand information and reporting provided through the GTS Management System tool suite
• Provide support on ‘how to’ and ‘access rights’ questions from the business users.
• Assist end-users that encounter problems with the tools, to determine the issue and find resolutions, with SME’s or technical teams as appropriate.
• Collect and document change requests from the end-user community as well as educational material to drive a self-service approach for application support
• Communication to all end-users regarding tooling updates or issues and changes in usage guidelines or reports across the regions covered
• Support the organization by handling the configuration of the tooling, like account definition and configuration, tooling configuration
• Represents the regional organization to global team for ‘regular’ operational problems and questions, and collaborate with Tool Support teams in other regions
• Cooperate with other Kyndryl functions to accommodate requests and changes (Finance, etc).
• Provide support during deployments by providing education, data analysis, or ad-hoc administrative actions to speed up the deployment progress (e.g. prepare mass authorisation updates, configuration set up, User Acceptance Testing etc).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Communicative – clear and effective communication style, and strong in both verbal and written communication
• Client-centric – focused on end-users and their end to end experience of using the tools for their business requirements
• Structured approach – organised, with the ability to work under pressure
• Innovative – Continuous Improvement mindset

Skills required:

• Services Experience – Understand our GTS business organisation, and their usage and demand of our tools (GTS experience preferable)
• Tooling Support – Experience in business tooling set up and operation/support of same (specific business application knowledge can be established in the role)
• Business Process Orientation – Understand business KPI’s
• Analytical – Ability to analyse current system and reports, and to apply to new solutions as needed
• Data-Driven – Developing understanding of the tooling reports suite, with a strong focus on data integrity in the systems

Other desired skills, not mandatory, can be developed in the role

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel
• Agile and collaboration tools (Trello, Slack, Github, Mural)
