Your Role And Responsibilities
In the Contract Support Professional role (PBS – CEE Market) you will be responsible for: services contracts registration in CFT/S, including: contract package validation (FOP), manage evidences, communicate defects, registration, billing plan and costs registration, work numbers/contracts closure, updates, extensions. During the closing period you will be responsible to sumbit requested accruals and corrections. You will be also responsible for billing/invoicing including: release billing (CFT/S, ESI), manual billing, manage billing adjustements, reconciliation, support A/R and dispute management support.You will be responsible to support business controls/audits and provide advisory support on governance and processes and opportunities for improvements (applicable to this unit).
Required Professional and Technical Expertise
experience in billing, contract management and sales support. Fluent English, solving issues, good communication skills, team working.
minimum salary starts at 1,050.00 euros gross/month
