Your Role And Responsibilities
Working as operational and iteration lead for CIO team covering the development and support of applications used for volume metric billing. This set of tools is used to consolidate usage of various services by our clients and generate aggregated invoice output. In Kyndryl this type of billing represents 10% of our revenue and this type of billing is applied for more and more clients. The team is located mainly in Europe and is covering development , maintenance of the tools as well as boarding new clients to use this service. Teams size is 10-13 team members. We are looking for a professional who would help to run the iterations as well as operational task in the team. Several of the contractors would be reporting directly to this individual so any functional management experience is here welcomed but not mandatory.

Requirements:

• experience with leading small group of people in IT environment or operations. Knowledge of srcum concept.
• Handling operational issues with business and users.

BASE SALARY STARTS AT 2600 EUR GROSS
