Your Role And Responsibilities

• Supporting Kyndryl’s internal and external customers (e.g. various teams within Kyndryl, sellers, Business Partners, Finance teams) across the globe
• Billing activities: working with external clients, working with delivery teams on validation of service consumption, end to end billing management (according to customers’ specifications), tracking of invoices issued to the customer for reconciliation purposes, billing calculations, data analysis, reporting.
• Commercial Activities: contract baseline management, preparation of commercial slideseports for leadership team or external client.
• Contract Operations Registration: ensure / perform accurate billing set-up, ensure all contractual documents are registered in internal systems, managing contract registration in cooperation with other teams.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and complete responses to inquiries.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:

• Fluent level of English – written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel
• Attention to details, able to meet deadlines, ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Eagerness to develop his/her finance knowledge and experience in an international company.

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field is considered as an advantage.
• Experience of 1-2 years in finance/accounting/commercial/project management area is considered as an advantage.

The salary starts from 1400 EUR.
