Increases customer loyalty, enhances the in-store experience and creates a positive shopping environment for Kohl’s customers. Uses the latest technology to guide the operations team to be flexible, fast and accurate.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Effectively uses Kohl’s tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with team members
  • Advocates and executes all Kohl’s customer service programs
  • Ensures customers receive excellent service by accurately and efficiently processing both in-store replenishment items and online orders
  • Delivers the highest level of customer service supporting Kohl’s “Yes We Can” culture through effective problem solving
  • Evaluates and assesses workforce needs, able to lead work efforts and direct team members
  • Follows Kohl’s best practices and standards

Job Requirements:

  • Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting and attention to detail
  • Regular attendance
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds on an occasional to frequent basis
  • Self motivated and ability to problem solve
  • Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving about the departments within the store. Physical activities include bending, stooping, lifting, climbing, carrying, walking and/or reaching on a frequent basis
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
  • Adherence to Kohl’s policy and procedures is required

Qualification & Experience:

  • Prior retail experience
