About the job
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic Associate to join our Residential Lettings Department in Belgravia. This is an extremely busy office with a high volume of lets in Prime Central London. You will have exposure to some of London’s most luxurious properties and will be working with UHNWI on managing the lettings process for them.
You will generate business, obtain instructions on properties of a suitable quality, supervise the efficient administration of all procedures in the placing of properties on the market, find suitable tenants and negotiate the letting of appropriate properties and will be responsible for all initial outstanding monies in relation to properties let. As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will maintain a high and professional profile in the local community, continually alert to business opportunities.
You will take care of clients and communicate with all concerned to ensure that lettings are managed in an efficient and professional manner. You will be sensitive to changes in the local market and respond effectively, absorb all aspects of information technology systems in the office and build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the Partnership.
Ideally, you will have 4+ years’ experience in a Lettings role and will have experience working in Prime Central London. You will have exceptional customer service, will be extremely collaborative and will have knowledge of the Prime Central London market.
