Job Description:

The role of the CRM Campaign Assistant reports to CRM Campaign Manager and works closely with Ecommerce, Merchandising and Buying. The overall role is split between the execution of the seasonal calendar and the implementation of lifecycle customer journeys.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Brief external vendors and manage testing process
  • Assist with asset approval
  • Competitive analysis
  • Standardized campaign reporting against KPIs
  • Support the implementation of ‘test and learn’ opportunities and campaign optimisation
  • Manage and execute regional requests
  • Act as conduit between internal / external stakeholders to arrange campaign content (incl. links, copy, translations, product proposals)
  • Own seasonal newsletter calendar
  • Support with campaign creation and execution across channels (email & mobile marketing, internal clienteling tool)
  • Support implementation and seasonal update of customer journeys

Job Requirements:

  • Positive with integrity and detail-oriented
  • Excellent command of English, copywriting skills a distinct advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent planning skills in a fast pace environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functions

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is desirable
  • Experience in a comparable role within a Luxury Retail environment
