Alexander McQueen is in search of a highly analytical Business Coordinator to help with pushing forward key strategic projects and undertake EA duties to support both the Chief Financial Officer and the Strategic Projects and Transformation Director. Establishing effective relationships with external parties and internal stakeholders of various levels. The Business Coordinator will need to be flexible and highly adaptable in order to meet the evolving requirements of the business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Diary management: appropriately prioritising, anticipating and scheduling internal & external meetings/ conference calls across time zones, sending meeting invitations and changing meetings as needed, proactively gathering any required materials ahead of trips and meetings, as well as anticipating preparation for all major meetings
  • Dealing with confidential correspondence and information relating to key strategic projects
  • Anticipate needs, provide critical thinking to problems, diary management, correspondence, and all projects with a high level of professionalism and accuracy
  • Preparing formal communications for both internal and external stakeholders when required
  • The ability to identify the importance and urgency of work and its alignment with and raise issues where required – following up with stakeholders without being prompted
  • Proactively engage with key stakeholders to promote and track key strategic projects
  • Supporting with compiling and preparing reports and presentations – highly analytical including preparation of excel based data analysis and editing documents

Job Requirements:

  • Expert user of Excel (ability to run graphs, analyses, formatting, etc)
  • Autonomous working style, especially for EA duties
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to be succinct and to the point
  • Highly analytical and very detail oriented with ability to self-review and proofread work
  • Punctual, professional, and trustworthy acting with a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times
  • Strong emotional intelligence, professional, diligent, and trustworthy
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to interface regularly with internal and external personnel at all levels (face to face, by email and telephone)

Qualification & Experience:

  • Proactive, with an ability to effectively manage expectations and manage openly
