Professional Services Specialist
Our product is a virtual trainer and physical therapist. It uses the most advanced computer vision technology to provide real-time feedback and scores for exercises and is used for both therapy, rehab, and fitness applications. You can try it at https://app.kemtai.com/sample-workouts.
Our customers are physical therapy, medical and fitness companies that we integrate our product with their services.
The Professional Services Specialist role is to understand the customers needs which in many cases requires understanding of their view of different exercises – the biomechanics, the correct movement and the mistakes users may do in each exercise. Part of your role will be to tune the software to automatically provide the correct scores and corrective cues.
You will work closely with external and internal physiotherapists, clinicians and trainers and with Kemtai’s R&D team.
Qualifications
● A qualified physical therapist.
● Experience in a customer facing position
● High analytical skills. At least at the level of Israeli 5 points matriculation exams.
● Native English speaker.
● Quick learner and fast in thinking and implementation.
● Loves physical exercise and is doing sport/Pilates/dance/fitness exercises/yoga on a regular basis.
