What You’ll Do

Handle floorplanning of vehicles via email, text, phone calls, floorplan portals and own escalations.
Ensure that all floorplan related issues are handled to completion, or the relevant dept/ person has been alerted to assist
Verifying customers have enough available funds to purchase vehicle
Ensure invoices and titles are delivered to the correct floorplan company
Maintain a good flow of communication with the department employees and within the Corporation
Provide outstanding customer service and responsiveness that inspires customer confidence and loyalty.
Assure customer acceptance of and quality of resolution. Identify and escalate issues that require advanced knowledge or expertise.

What You’ll Need

Minimum of 1 year working in vehicle title processing. Additional experience working in automotive related customer service roles is strongly preferred.
Willingness to hustle, roll up sleeves and get stuff done. We are looking for a self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills – written and verbal
High level of attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Ability to solve problems and identify successful outcomes
Positive attitude with a customer first mindset
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues and/or escalate issues appropriately
Data driven and curious about finding ways to improve the department.
