Requirements:
Your roles and responsibilities will include :
Collaborating with partners to prepare companies for investment, guiding companies post-investment, and monitoring companies’ progress, including consolidated inputs
Own deal-flow processes liaise with entrepreneurial communities in order to source deal-flow and to perform initial filtering of deal-flow companies
Liaising with other team members on various activities relating to strategic partners
Identifying, sourcing, and evaluating new investment opportunities
Supporting the investment team in negotiation and investment execution
Executing various projects as needed, including developing and researching investment theses and conducting detailed due diligence
Establishing and maintaining strong professional networks
Working with companies through the DD process and provide inputs on the following: tech, product, market sizing, supply chain, competitive, etc.
Representing the firm at various events and leading marketing events and activities (E.g., competitions)
Tracking action items and driving process
What do you need for this job?
BSc degree in CS/EE or equivalent (E.g., IDF/CS) OR:
Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or economics
MBA required
At least 5-8 years of hands-on work in technical positions, or alternatively MSc or investment experience (VC/PE, investment banking, private equity)
Outstanding analytical skills, detail-oriented, proactive, assertive, and self-motivated team player
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including presentation skills
Preference to candidates with startup experience
Preference to candidates with product management experience , or cash flow modeling and investment valuation techniques experience
