The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum 3 years experience in all aspects of new home building with a strong focus on quality control.

Foster a culture for improving construction quality and trade performance through jobsite inspections, audits, training, and education.
Job will require supporting multiple new home communities in various cities throughout the greater Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
Job duties include:
*Frequent inspections of construction sites
*Increase the quality and performance of trades
*Increase the quality and performance of Construction Managers
*Have a direct impact on the improvement of Customer Experience Surveys
*Have a direct impact on the reduction of warranty claims and expense
*Effectively and professionally communicate required standards to all personnel
*Assist the VP of Quality by researching product specifications and requirements
*Create and conduct jobsite training events
*Collect data and generate summary reports to identify areas for improvement
