We are currently seeking an Operations Manager for our rapidly growing JLL Technologies platform. The position will focus on leading Operations initiatives across the JLLT Revenue pillar.

This role is not bound to any specific region and is a part of the JLLT Revenue Operations Team.

Operations Manager

A JLLT Operations Manager will be responsible for leading transformation to technology, process, reporting, operating models, and governance across the JLLT Revenue pillar. This role will be expected to have strong analytical and stakeholder management skills to identify key risks and work with multiple stakeholders to help resolve. Additionally, this role will help drive and document best practices to improve the quality of our analytics in partnership with our Operations Analyst. This position also requires Project Management expertise and the ability to partner with our Sales Specialist to work through business problems and challenges across the organization. May Operational workstreams or projects will be owned by the Operations Manager. This would include the management of assembling the project team, establishing a RACI, creating and monitoring project timeline, report outs to key stakeholders, and analyzing critical data points and metrics that establish success.

As a member of the JLLT Operations Team, the ideal candidate will possess an analytical and process-driven mindset, strive in an agile and fast-growing environment, and have a proven track record of strong global stakeholder engagement.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Head of Operations to receive project and workstream assignments
  • Leads large-scale projects that incorporate a proactive and innovative solution to addressing business challenges. Integrates how the big picture of the initiatives comes together from definition through implementation on implications across the business.
  • Establish Project Management process to work through assigned projects and workstreams – establishing team document repository, conducting discovery and team meetings, establishing critical process documents (RACI, Project Timelines and Plans, etc.)
  • Support the growth of the business globally through the development and implementation of special projects and innovations
  • Prepare effective presentations, briefings, and leadership packages to inform senior stakeholders
  • Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communications
  • Provides critical thinking and influence by helping to link the strategic agenda to the resulting execution plan
  • Management of a small team including an Operations Specialist and an Operations Analyst

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data, Finance or related field required, or equivalent work experiences
  • 10+ years of increasingly responsible operational, consulting and/or financial experience with an outstanding professional record in a large and complex corporate organization
  • Strong background in team management and people growth and development
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Strong project management, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders from various business backgrounds and influence them consistently without authority
  • Commitment to professionalism and personal growth, with a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork as a path to success
  • Flexibility in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize workload
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
  • Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers, and external partners
