  • Stationary Engineers will be responsible for the overall maintenance, operation, and cleaning associated with the operation of a large industrial utilities facility providing Steam, Heated Hot Water, Instrument and Zero Air, Chilled water, and other services to a manufacturing facility. Stationary Engineers should expect to spend their time engaged in monitoring system operations, equipment repair, predictive maintenance tasks and responding to equipment needs as required.

Education/Experience

A high school diploma or GED is required. Must possess a CFC Universal card. Boiler Operators, Refrigeration Operators or Stationary Engineers License(s). Ten plus years of facility maintenance experience preferred. Ability to safely operate portable hand and power tools. Must have strong written and verbal communication, detail oriented and must have extensive knowledge on Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Cooling tower and boiler water chemical treatment

Mechanical Systems Diagnosis & Repair

  • Steam traps
  • DDC control Valves
  • Air actuators
  • Piping systems
  • PLC panels
  • Vibration analysis

Logging and Data retention

  • Log book data entries
  • Plant meter readings
  • Trending equipment
  • Compressed Air leak reports

Building Systems

  • Building Automation Systems
  • Building Monitoring systems
  • Building Utility & Piping Systems

  • Meet or exceed client expectation
