Administrative Assistant
Intertek is searching for an Administrative Assistant to join our Building & Constructionteam in our St. Louis, MO office.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with generating, proofing and issuing quotations/proposals
- Assist with quotation/proposal follow-up
- Assist with the coordination of marketing efforts
- Assist with billing and collections efforts
- Assist with staff scheduling for project assignments
- Communicate with clients and staff
What It Takes To Be Successful In This Role
- Follow and enforce safety requirements and company policies
- Primary responsibility is the editing, proofreading and finalization of proposals for project based work
- Assist in the tracking of proposals including following up on delivered quotes
- Review and independently commence responses to “Requests for Proposals”
- Assist in the coordination of marketing events, industry events, and business development opportunities
- Assist in the updating of resumes, project profile sheets and service line cut sheets
- Review and edit PowerPoint presentations
- Assist in the proofreading and finalization of reports
- Assist with department administrative duties as requested
- Work after hours, periodically, but as needed by the business
