Day to Day:

Insight Global is searching for Customer Advocate Associates to join the team of a large insurance provider located in OKC. These people will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers and supporting them with questions regarding their insurance policies, products, and any billing or payment questions. This position will include 6-8 weeks of comprehensive training in learning how to navigate the systems, take and enter notes, policy information, etc., before transferring to 2 weeks of shadowing with weekly coaching sessions. This position handles tough conversations relating to health and loss; therefore, candidates will need to be empathetic and extremely customer service oriented. This person will be navigating through multiple screens while talking on the phone and must have a technical aptitude and well as multi-tasking skills. The ideal candidate will takeeceive feedback well and have a great phone presence and attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
  • Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

  • 3+ years customer service experience
  • Good job longevity (important, no more than 5 positions over last 5 years)
  • Empathetic
  • Endure hard conversations
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Ability to navigate multiple screens
