Our clients are international and most of the communication is done via chat support.
Job includes:
-Coordinating between the different departments in the company.
-Supporting company’s back end activities.
-Supporting clients on tech and finance challenges.
Requirements:
-Fluent written and spoken English.
-High concentration and multi tasking skills.
-Tech /Web Savvy (must)
-Experience in account managing and digital support (advantage).
-Passion for high pace work and intention to grow with the company.

ניסיון בניהול ושירות לקוחות דיגיטלי באנגלית (צ’ט)- יתרון.
