Summary

The Senior Office Services Assistant will mainly focus on the asset management of Hyatt equipment, fulfilling IT tickets, and general building maintenance. They will often be the first point of contact for internal and external customers seeking assistance and/or information. This position will work closely with the Assistant Manager of Office Services/Facilities in our Marion GPGS Hub. In addition to these, this position will also be a point of contact for the colleagues and visitors at the Global Contact Center. They will oversee a variety of tasks including answering the main phone line, directing visitors, miscellaneous mailroom duties, and assist colleagues with numerous benefits offered at Hyatt. In addition, they will maintain vendor certificates of insurance, Accounts Payable and Purchasing process including creating, coding and processing invoices, and compile weekly reports and maintain the contract trace process for all contracts as well as arrange corporate travel and meetings. This position may also assist with Executive Assistant tasks for Senior Leadership.

Experience

Qualifications

  • Some Facilities Building Maintenance knowledge is preferred.
  • Experience working on a ladder

Skills Needed To Perform This Job

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to recognize minor issues with facilities and communicate to leadership appropriately
